Holding Little Hands for the Americas Luncheon

SILENT AUCTIONS

IIAF raises a significant amount of funding through silent auctions organized by the Ivy Peru Committee. The most prominent event is the annual Silent Auction, held in Washington, DC in November. In a pleasant low-pressure atmosphere our guests enjoy leisurely conversation and frequently live music and hors d'oeuvres, while perusing and bidding on fine arts, indigenous crafts, and various other quality items often donated by generous and committed individuals or organizations. Items have included travel packages, airline tickets, paintings, wine and jewelry.

The next Silent Auction will be held on Friday, November 7, 2008 in the Hall of the Americas, Organization of American States, Washington, DC. To be added to the list of invitees for future Silent Auctions, contact ivy_peru@hotmail.com.
